Napoli have joined AS Roma in the race to sign Atalanta winger Kamaldeen Sulemana, with both clubs making enquiries about the Ghanaian attacker.
The Serie A sides are understood to have contacted Atalanta to ascertain the conditions under which the club would be willing to consider a sale.
Atalanta’s CEO, Luca Percassi, has already indicated that the club will calmly assess any attractive offers for players who have seen limited minutes within their large squad.
Sulemana, 23, joined Atalanta in July 2025 and is under contract until 2029. The Black Stars winger has made 15 Serie A appearances this season, scoring two goals and providing one assist.
At the international level, Sulemana has earned 25 caps for Ghana, finding the net once. His current market value is estimated at €18 million.
The winger’s move to Atalanta reportedly cost between €17 and €17.5 million, while his previous transfer to Southampton in January 2023 was valued at around €25 million.
With interest growing from within Serie A, Sulemana’s future could come into sharper focus as the transfer window closes.
