The New Patriotic Party (NPP) is set to commence the vetting of parliamentary hopefuls within constituencies with incumbent Members of Parliament (MPs) starting today, Wednesday, January 3.
The vetting sessions will take place at all regional capitals across the country.
The party has established various committees to oversee and facilitate the vetting processes.
Notable personalities appointed as national representatives on these committees include NPP National Organizer Henry Nana Boakye, NPP National Women Organizer Kate Gyamfua, Prof Addai Mensah, and Gary Nimako, among others.
In a directive issued through a statement signed by the General Secretary of the party, Justin Kodua Frimpong, all regional executive committees have been instructed to convey this decision to their respective constituencies.
