In a thrilling and closely contested Presby-schools derby, Nkwatia Presby Senior High School emerged as the victors in the opening contest of the Eastern Regional qualifiers for the National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ).
Going head-to-head with Osino Presby SHTS, it was the tie-breaker round that proved decisive, with Nkwatia Presby SHS answering two riddles correctly. The competition remained neck and neck until the final set of questions, where Nkwatia Presby SHS demonstrated their resilience and quick thinking.
And with that, Nkwatia Presbyterian SHS qualifiers to feature in the national and regional championship.
