Great Olympics and Tema Youth go head-to-head in the final match of the play-offs as victory for either side will guarantee a return to the Premier League.
Tied on six points apiece after winning their previous two games, the competition in Zone III will certainly be decided by the result of the game at the Baba Yara Stadium, Friday afternoon as the former premiership sides meet in the decider.
