The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) will deliver its verdict on the legal dispute between Wilfred Osei Kwaku, popularly known as Palmer and the Ghana Football Association (GFA) today.
It’s been 10 months of legal battle between the two parties who were once ‘friends’ as Palmer previously served as GFA Executive Council member.
Palmer, following what he believes was his ‘unfair’ disqualification from contesting 2019 GFA presidential elections dragged the association to CAS.
His initial move at CAS was to place an injunction on the elections which brought Kurt Okraku into office but it was thrown out. However, the main case has been heard with the verdict expected before the close of Tuesday, August 4.
But what are the reliefs the Tema Youth owner is seeking? Joy Sports provides it below.
Per these reliefs, these are the possible outcomes we could have.
