The Akatsi South Municipal Director of the Youth Employment Agency (YEA) has been elected as the Volta Region Welfare Chairman for the agency, in a fiercely contested race.
Patrick Agboyibor was elected alongside Julius Sebewu and Torwodzor Norbert Quashigah as Secretary and Organiser respectively.
The 3 elected Welfare executives would be responsible for the well-being of employees of the Agency within the Region.
Mr. Agboyibor who doubles as the Akatsi South Constituency NPP Deputy Secretary would represent the Volta Region on the Youth Employment Agency Board.
He therefore promised to serve with utmost humility and in the best interest of YEA personnel in his jurisdiction.
“I assure you that the Volta Regional Welfare will always endeavor to reflect the utmost compassion, honesty, and integrity”, he added.
The elected executives would serve for four years hoping to put themselves to task to resolve various challenges being faced by personnel of the YEA in the Volta Region.
