The National Democratic Congress (NDC) is holding a press conference at its headquarters in Accra.
The event is geared towards, among other things, highlighting what they believe are attempts by the Commission to sway the outcome of the December polls in favour of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP).
Main speaker at the programme is NDC's Director of Elections, Elvis Afriyie Ankrah.
