Ghanaian midfielder Michael Baidoo has been identified by several European clubs following his recent performances for Swedish side IF Elfsborg.
Baidoo is being watched by Leicester City, Villarreal and Club Brugge, Joy Sports understands.
The versatile midfielder was close to guiding the club to their first league title during the 2023 season but missed out to Malmo on the final day of the season.
The 24-year-old contributed 11 goals during the 2023 campaign, scoring five times and providing six assists in the process.
In the 2024 season, Baidoo has two goals and one assist in seven games so far with his side currently 11th on the table.
The Ghanaian is expected to make a switch in the summer with several clubs keeping tabs on him.
Aside the three clubs, teams in the Championship are also looking to secure the services of the player.
Baidoo joined Elfsborg in January 2022 from Sandnes IF having played for Jerv and Midtjylland earlier in his career.
