A Commercial Court ruling on Thursday February 21, 2013, awarded a $90 million judgment debt to Dominion Corporate Trustees Ltd, formerly Standard Trust Plc, an offshore company in the UK.The Court presided over by Justice Tanko ordered the National Investment Bank (NIB) to pay the judgment debt to the plaintiff after it failed to honour promissory notes worth over worth $60 million that it had issued in 2007.Click here for the full ruling on the judgment debt award against the NIB.
