President and Founder of RNAQ Holdings, Richard Nii Armah Quaye, marked his birthday with a large-scale gold tablet giveaway, selecting 1,000 followers to receive the investment asset as part of efforts to promote financial discipline and long-term wealth creation.
The winners were chosen through 10 separate live draws, each producing 100 recipients, with the process conducted in collaboration with the National Lottery Authority (NLA) to ensure transparency and fairness.
Speaking during the live session, Mr. Quaye explained that the initiative was designed to move beyond traditional cash giveaways and encourage a culture of investment among his followers.
“I think that when you want to give, there are many things you can offer. For today, it’s gold. One of the things I learned early in life is to be financially disciplined, to invest rather than waste money,” he said.
He noted that while he has given out cash in the past, the decision to distribute gold tablets was intentional, as it provides recipients with an asset that can appreciate over time.
“I wanted to give an investment asset that people can hold on to, give it time, and let it grow in value. The goal is for this to become part of an investment culture,” he added.
The live draws drew significant attention across social media platforms, with audiences closely following each round. The final list of winners has since been published.
By gifting gold tablets, a tangible asset with long-term value, the initiative goes beyond conventional giveaways, offering beneficiaries an opportunity to build and grow wealth.
This year’s birthday celebration reflects a shift towards impact-driven giving, using a personal milestone to promote financial empowerment and create shared value among followers.
