Entrepreneur, creative executive, and thought leader Richie Mensah has officially launched Orbra, a new digital platform he originally designed as the life-planning system for members of his Masterminds community, before evolving it into a public platform available to anyone seeking to live more intentionally.
Masterminds has inspired thousands of people through conversations around purpose, growth, leadership and intentional living. As the movement expanded, Richie recognised that inspiration alone was not enough. People needed a practical system they could use every day to translate insight into meaningful action. That system became Orbra.
Today, Orbra launches as a Life Operating System — a platform that helps people move from reactive living to deliberate living through a calm, structured approach to planning, habit building, financial awareness, journaling, guided reflection, and long-term personal development.
Built on the belief that most people do not lack motivation, but rather clarity, structure, and a repeatable system, Orbra introduces a practical framework that helps users intentionally design how they live, work, manage money, and grow. At the heart of the platform is a structured 90-day journey built around three phases, Clarity, Structure and Momentum, guiding users to create sustainable change rather than relying on short bursts of motivation.
"Masterminds has always challenged people to think differently about their lives," said Richie Mensah.
"Over time, it became clear that people didn't just need inspiration, they needed a practical system they could return to every day. Orbra is that system. It's designed to help people stop drifting and start living by design."
Unlike many productivity apps that rely on streaks, gamification, and constant notifications, Orbra has been intentionally designed to create a calmer, more thoughtful experience. Rather than encouraging users to do more, it helps them become more intentional about what matters most.
The platform prioritises clarity over urgency, reflection over pressure, and consistent progress over perfection.
Orbra combines multiple aspects of personal development into one integrated experience, including:
- Personalised 90-day Life Design planning
- Weekly and daily planning tools
- Habit building and progress tracking
- Personal finance tracking and budgeting
- Guided journaling and reflection
- Vision Board creation
- Educational content through Orbra Guides and Orbra Academy
The platform launches with Africa as its initial focus, beginning in Ghana, while serving English-speaking users globally through its web platform and Android application, with iOS support planned to follow.
To mark the launch, Orbra is introducing a limited Founding Member programme, allowing the first 500 members to secure lifetime access to its lowest annual subscription price.
Beyond being a technology platform, Orbra represents a broader movement towards intentional living. Through educational content, strategic partnerships, live experiences, and community initiatives, the company aims to equip more people with practical tools to design lives of greater clarity, purpose, and fulfilment.
Orbra is now available at orbralifedesign.com and on the Google Play Store for Android devices and App Store for iOS users.
