The RNAQ Foundation has officially inaugurated its Techiman branch, marking a significant milestone in its nationwide mission to combat food insecurity.
Led by Mr. Emmanuel Lamptey, CEO of Quick Angel Limited and Director of the RNAQ Foundation, a delegation representing the Foundation President Mr. Richard Nii Armah Quaye formally opened the facility to serve the Techiman Metropolis.
During an interview with members of the press, Mr. Lamptey characterized the expansion as a critical step in realizing Mr. Quaye’s vision of a hunger-free Ghana.
He noted that the initiative is fueled by the President’s personal commitment to humanitarian service, stating that the foundation aims to reach as many vulnerable citizens as its resources allow.
This new branch marks the thirteenth location established since the foundation’s launch on August 1, 2025, bringing the organization closer to its goal of maintaining a presence in every region across the country.

Beyond providing immediate relief, the Techiman food bank is designed to act as a community hub for nutritional support. By streamlining the distribution of essential commodities, the foundation expects to significantly reduce the daily struggle many households face in securing a meal.
The facility features a structured system to ensure that aid reaches those in the greatest need, reflecting a modern approach to traditional philanthropy.
Nana Kwame Brafi, Chief of New Onyinasi, represented the King of Techiman, Nana Akumfi Ameyaw IV, at the ceremony.

He expressed profound gratitude to the RNAQ Foundation for choosing the metropolis for its latest branch and offered prayers for the success of the team and the Quaye family.
Nana Brafi also urged residents to treat the facility with care to ensure its long-term sustainability. Local residents echoed this sentiment, with one attendee noting, “We have watched this grow on social media and television; now, we have a branch in our neighborhood that we can call our own. God bless Nii Armah Quaye.”
