Dancehall artiste Shatta Wale has released a new single to celebrate his ex-girlfriend Michy’s birthday.
The song, Infinity (Michy’s Birthday), was released on May 6 after the singer had taken to social media to write his birthday message to her.
Shatta Wale right from the beginning expresses the love he had for Michy saying “you know you win my heart…I know say that be fact.”
“…Me and you to Infinity…you know me and you got longevity…me and you forever,” he added.
Revealing the inspiration behind the song, Shatta Wale said he was inspired by their past.
“I just remembered the good old days and entered the studio!” he wrote on Instagram.
The song has, however, sparked reunion conversations among the dancehall artistes' fans.
Some say they want Shatta Wale to win back Michy. Others are cautioning her to not slip back into the Shatta world.
Some fans say Shatta Wale and Michy are already together but are hiding the relationship from the limelight.
