The Supreme Court has handed NDC’s James Gyakye Quayson seven days to file for a review of the decision which directed Parliament to expunge his name from its records.
This was after the embattled former Assin North MP’s lawyers had told the court they obtained a copy of the judgement late and will need time to challenge it.
