Chief Executive Officer (CEO), TAG Transport and Logistics Company Ltd., Tony Bonsu, has been honoured as a ‘Green Mobility & Sustainable Transport’ Personality of the Week, for his contribution to environmentally protective business operations.
The recognition, conferred on him by the ‘Technology Boardroom’, an exclusive global executive platform curated by RADComm Group, designed to convene the world’s most influential technology leaders, digital transformation executives, and innovation policymakers, is a celebration of his outstanding leadership abilities in sustainability as a young business executive.
Under Mr. Bonsu’s stewardship, TAG Transport, a leading Ghanaian transport solutions provider, has adhered to green and sustainable operations over the years, earning the company a prestigious award for its innovation and professionalism at the Cleva Summit in the United Kingdom (UK) last year.
Now in its sixth year of operation, TAG Transport has distinguished itself in the Ghanaian market through its unique and customer-centric services. The company specialises in fleet and vehicle management, vehicle sales, importation, car rentals, hire purchase services for drivers, and weekly sales.
Its standout fleet management system is noted for easing the stress of vehicle ownership, a unique offering in the region that the company has successfully sustained.
Green mobility and sustainable transport focus on reducing the environmental impact of moving people and goods by promoting energy-efficient, low-emission, and active alternatives to private fossil-fuel vehicles.
Key initiatives include investing in electric vehicles and shared mobility to lower carbon emissions, air pollution, and noise. These solutions support climate goals, improve public health, and increase urban accessibility.
The fast-rising private sector business CEO rose to global prominence in 2025, when he delivered a keynote address on “Entrepreneurship and Sustainability in Business” at Oxford University, London.
He has subsequently traveled across the continent, delivering a keynote address on entrepreneurship, participating in global summits and providing strategic mentorship assistance to young entrepreneurs and business owners on the continent.
Mr. Bonsu has been very particular about green mobility and sustainability as a development communication professional with a legal background as well.
Touching on the honour as the “Green Mobility & Sustainable Transport Personality of the Week,” he emphasised that “This is an indication that adhering to ethical standards pays, and a motivation to keep up the good work because the little things we keep doing everywhere we find ourselves are being seen by the right-thinking members of society.”
The Technology Boardroom, as a high-level leadership council, offers an invitation-only environment where Chief Information Officers (CIOs), Chief Technology Officers (CTOs), Chief Digital Officers (CDOs), Heads of Innovation, and Public Sector Technology Leaders engage in strategic dialogue, global thought leadership, and transformative collaboration.
From boardrooms in New York and Dubai to Accra, Nairobi, and Riyadh, the platform enables cross-regional exchange that shapes the future of digital governance, technology strategy, and innovation leadership across the Middle East, Africa, and globally.
Through elite leadership roundtables, private networking forums, executive publishing, and curated experiences, The Technology Boardroom fosters trust, foresight, and collective action among decision-makers building the world’s digital future.
