After listening to the very sad story of a woman so poor, that her two daughters share a school uniform on JOY FM, I stayed tuned to listen to comments from callers.
The sentiments were very similar. WHY doesn't the state provide for such people? Politicians were blamed, for living a 'life Of Riley' and neglecting the downtrodden.
But as I listened, I wondered who would be excluded from this social intervention list if the country had one?.. And will it really work in Ghana ?
