The past week has been heartbreaking for passionate Ghanaians over bloated contracts, which the tax payer will end up paying.
Main stream media and social media have been full of comments expressing disappointment, disgust etc, all with the hope that someone will pay for the wrong done to us and the nation.
But our fear of prosecution kicks in and that never seems to happen.
On today's show, I am going to tell you why we should not expect things to change, not because there is no will or inclination, but because we are who we are.
