Two people are feared dead, and 28 others have been rescued following a fatal accident at Kwashieman in Accra on Good Friday.
The crash occurred around 4:30 a.m. when a church bus from Takoradi collided with a truck carrying onions and yams heading to the Gomoa Dominase onion market.

Reports indicate the bus was branching toward Sowutuom when the speeding truck, despite warning horns, crashed into it.

A National Ambulance crew from Ablekuma North swiftly responded and conveyed 20 victims to Weija Gbawe Municipal Hospital and eight to the Ablekuma North Polyclinic.

Residents have praised the ambulance crew for their timely and professional rescue efforts.
