Telecommunication giant, Vodafone Ghana, is taking its commitment to customers a notch higher this Christmas with a special package.
The special package, designed for users of Vodafone fixed broadband customers, is in line with the Company's overall programme for December dubbed, "Vodafone Super Red Christmas".
In a release issued Vodafone said customers who paid for two months of their fixed broadband bundle between December 1 and 30 would enjoy unlimited internet browsing for 30 days.
Patricia Obo-Nai, Director of Fixed Business and Customer Operations, Vodafone Ghana, said in the release, "Data is very crucial in the activities of our customers and clients during this festive period.
"This package is our way of emphasising our commitment and dedication to customers.
"We want them to be comfortable, happy and very effective as they prepare to spend time with family and loved ones this Christmas."
Meanwhile, Vodafone has introduced mobile data packages for customers as back-up whenever they experienced any disruption to their Fixed Broadband service.
Under the initiative, customers would be required to provide their preferred Vodafone lines on which to receive the mobile data anytime they experienced a fault on their broadband.
“With fibre cuts and cable thefts plaguing the industry, this initiative goes to emphasise the extent the company is willing to go to ensure customers are connected at all times,” the release said.
Vodafone, it said, believed that this was an effective intervention to salvage the inconveniences customers went through whenever they encountered issues with their fixed network.
