Two more people died on their way to the hospital bringing the total number of casualties in an accident that happened in Apam on Saturday to nine.Seven people were reported dead after a Hyundai vehicle collided with another splinter vehicle close to Apam junction in the Central Region.Station Officer Alex Quainoo of the Winneba Fire Service confirmed the deaths in an interview with Joy News’ Eric Ahianyo.Eye witnesses said it took more than 30 minutes for trapped victims to rescued.Eleven other people sustained varying degrees of injuries and have been rushed to the hospital.
