IMANI Vice President, Kofi Bentil and Deputy Interior Minister, James Agalga discuss the Postal Packets and Telecommunication Messages Bill on PM Express, Tuesday.
The Interior Ministry, which is pushing for the bill to be passed insists it will facilitate efforts to strengthen national security and tackle piracy, money laundering and terrorism.
However, Kofi Bentil is certain because similar laws have been abused in West Germany and the former Soviet states, it holds a huge potential for the same in Ghana.
