Multiple award-winning radio presenter Kwame Sefa Kayi has expressed disappointment in the Electoral Commission (EC) for new regulations requiring journalists to pay for accreditation to cover the 2016 general elections.
"What is GHC10 to you from a journalist? What is GHC20 to you from a journalist?" the iconic radio presenter told the EC at a meeting with media practitioners.
Mr Sefa Kayi gave the EC a stern look while criticising the EC's decision.
"It is shameful that you charge the media to cover the elections...I don't think it is a smart thing to do" he said.
