Arsenal hosts French side, AS Monaco, in the UEFA Champions League group stages on Wednesday looking to climb back into the automatic qualifying spots.
Mikel Arteta’s side, have however, been dealt a raw deal with injuries to some key members of the team.
Thomas Partey missed Arsenal’s 1-1 draw against Fulham over the weekend and is a doubt for Wednesday’s European match.
The Ghana international was a noticeable absentee from the training session held at London Colney on Tuesday afternoon.
Arteta has admitted he may need to manage the certain players due to the fixture load.
“We have to manage a lot of the players. Some of them probably aren’t going to be fit. Some are still a doubt.
“We have 24 hours to make a decision and hopefully it’ll be the right ones,” he said.
