Head coach of Hasaacas Ladies, Yusif Basigi, has committed to leaving a mark as his side prepare to compete in the maiden edition of the CAF Women's Champions League.
After booking a spot in the Egyptian showdown, Hasaacas ladies have been drawn with Egypt's Wadi Degla, AS Mandi of Mali and Malabo Kings FC from Equatoreal Guinea.
Speaking to Joy Sports, Basigi conceded despite being handed a tough draw in their debut, they are eager to leave their mark.
"I wouldn't say the draw is okay. These are all champions that are going to meet so for me, I'll term it as a tough group. All of us are going with one motive - all eight clubs are meeting there with one motive, the ultimate.
"So we're all going for the ultimate but it's too early for one to say that we're going to win the trophy, because we have not even seen the competition yet.
"To impress means we're going to make an impact," Basigi said.
The CAF Women's Champions League will be hosted by Egypt and will commence in November.
Hasaacas Ladies defeated Rivers Angels in the Wafu Zone B Women's Champions League qualifier to book their spot.
