Egyptian giants Zamalek are in a hot chase for Hearts of Oak striker Mahatma Otu.
They are ready to pay a transfer fee of $1 million if negotiations between the two clubs conclude.
The Hearts of Oak hit-man has been impressive since joining the Phobians from Sporting Mirren.
Zamalek are prepared to up the stakes after Hearts turned down an initial offer of $500,000 for the player.
Mahatma says he is poised to join Zamalek despite the unpleasant experiences of some Ghanaian football players with the club.
