The business community in Kumasi is calling for a periodic dose of the maiden edition of Luv FM's Corporate Groove; an event meant to provide a platform to de-stress and create the opportunity for business partnership and collaboration.

The party spread through the social media pages into the homes of the many who were unable to be part of the event on the grounds.

“Congrats to the organizers and participants of the maiden edition of the corporate groove. There was a lot of fun and enjoyment,” says National Chairman of the Ghana Highway Authority Retired Staff Association (GHARSA), Nana Ninsin-Imbeah II.
He is among the many who monitored the event via radio from their homes.

The Luv FM Corporate Groove, meant to rally private sector individuals and groups to wine and dine, also provided networking opportunities and created business connections for patrons.

Saturday’s event was the first edition of the novelty socialization and networking get-together for the business community in Kumasi.
The Saphire Gardens located at the Atasamanso, a suburb in Kumasi hosted the event.

Back to back performances from DJ Chefaro and DJ Vintage consistently drew patrons to the dance floor.
The two DJs kept the patrons entertained and on the dance floor from start till the end.

The staff of Ecobank, Barclays Bank, SAQS Healthcare, DALEX, Prestige Roofing, ECG, Family Dream Fidelity Bank, GTBank and Ghana Highways Authority danced their hearts out and made merry.

GIHOC Distilleries had all types of cocktails and drinks available to quench the thirst of the many that had gathered whiles Akate Farms dished their delicious chicken to the patrons.
As promised, grilled the sausages, and pork followed by the burgers and pizzas provided by Santinos' lived up to the hype.
“I like this. I have met some potential clients here who I believe I can do business with after here. I am happy everyone is open to connect with each other. You should make it a regular, maybe quarterly,” a banker revealed.
“The nature of our work does not allow us the time to come together this way and enjoy ourselves, this has been fun,” another added.
Event Executive, James Hemans, was excited with the success of the event and promised another edition shall soon be announced.
“The next two editions of Corporate Groove will turn Kumasi upside down and move to the yesteryears level of the Kumasi workers hour that was held at the Hotel De Kingsway, Adum-Kumasi."
Luv FM Corporate Groove indeed was a night well-lived.
