Chief Executive of the Ho Teaching Hospital, Dr John Tampouri has announced the implementation of several measures to standardise the operations of the facility.
Dr Tampouri was speaking at the hospital’s 2019 Thanksgiving Service and Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols.
The CEO urged workers to renew their commitment to work and prioritise customer satisfaction, as the facility strives for perfection in service delivery.

The event brought together all departmental staff to celebrate and thank God for His guidance throughout the year2019.
Addressing the gathering, Dr John Tampouri also implored the staff to be guided by the slogan “Caring for everyone, learning from everyone” in their service delivery in the coming year.

Vice-Chancellor of the University of Health and Allied Sciences (UHAS), Prof John Owusu Gyapong underscored the importance of the hospital’s continuous provision of improved medical care to the public.
Prof Owusu Gyapong pledged the university's commitment to making sure that the necessary help is offered to the hospital.

Deputy Volta Regional Minister, Rev Johnson Avuletey and the Ho Municipal Chief Executive Prosper Pi-Bansah were in attendance.
The nine lessons were delivered interspersed with Carol's performed by the Ho Teaching Hospital Choir and the Global Evangelical Church Choir with prayers said for the hospital and the nation.
