Police in Tarkwa-Nsuem in the Western Region are on a manhunt for armed robbers who made away with over 220 bags of cocoa belonging to Eliho Cocoa Company at Samreboi.
The suspects, driving a truck, allegedly crossed the company’s vehicle with registration number AS 8854-19, which was travelling to the Takoradi Port to off load the products, forcing the driver to halt in the middle of the road.

He was found by some good Samaritans and is currently on admission at the Dixcove Hospital in Agona-Nkwanta.
According to Mr. Senahey, the incident was reported to the Tarkwa-Nsuem Police Command for investigation to commence.
