Fidelity Bank on National Chocolate Day has treated customers at all branches across the country with branded chocolates to create an atmosphere of love in appreciation for their affinity for the brand.
The National Chocolate Day excitement started with staff as well as customers who visited Fidelity Bank branches receiving a bar of chocolate each. The Bank is also offering amazing rewards to customers who use Fidelity Visa Cards, the Fidelity Mobile App and Remittance services during this month of love.
Speaking on the Fidelity Chocolate Day Project, Head of Customer Experience, Comfort Armoo, said the National Chocolate Day is another opportunity to express our love to customers by rewarding their loyalty to the Fidelity brand.
“We believe sharing this special day with our customers is the right thing to do. We regard our customers as family and we will work together to help meet their financial goals and aspirations”
According to Comfort, “in order for prospective and existing customers to experience our customer appreciation giveaways, the Bank is commemorating this month of love through our Mobile app, cards and remittance products.
“The top three mobile app users will win dinner for two at a plush restaurant while the top five Fidelity Visa Card users would each win ¢500 gift vouchers. Customers who redeem their remittances at any Fidelity Bank branch are also rewarded instantly with airtime.”
She reiterated the Bank’s commitment to delight customers at all times because together with their customers they are able to achieve more.
