UBA Ghana on Tuesday commenced this year’s Global Customer Service Week celebration on the theme ‘Yes to Excellence’.
Launching the celebrations which will focus on both internal and external customers, the MD/CEO of UBA Ghana, Mrs Abiola Bawuah said, “Celebrating customer week every year affords us the opportunity to affirm our commitment to service excellence while taking stock of how well we have succeeded in wowing our customers.
She indicated that, “this year’s theme of saying Yes to Excellence is aimed at reminding us all to strive for excellence in all areas of our business. This is in service to our esteemed customers; especially in delivering service in our banking halls, ATMs, online, operational processes, technology infrastructure, complaints management and in-depth product knowledge”.
As part of the week-long celebration, executive management of UBA Ghana, will carry out branch visitations to interact with customers while relationship officers will pay courtesy calls to a number of their top clients.
