US rapper Kanye West, who is well known for his dapper dress sense, picks up clothes tips from the homosexuals he meets, but sometimes his intentions are mistaken.
He said: "Gays know how to dress but you got to peep at them really quick because if they see you looking at them they might think you're looking at them in another way, so you have to keep looking away. If they catch you staring it's like, 'No dog, I'm looking at the gear!'
"People always try to discredit gays altogether but they really know how to dress. They dress good. Gays know how to dress. Because you can dress good don't make you gay."
The musician added in a video posted online he also takes fashion tips from Japanese people because they "know how to dress too".
Kanye recently revealed he is embarking on a fashion internship in London to help him carve out a successful career as a clothes designer.
He is so determined to succeed, he has been writing to fashion houses in Europe - including Louis Vuitton on London's Bond Street - asking for experience.
Kanye said: "I'm going to go and take an internship and just do something that's like completely normal, and just rap at the weekends or something." - BANG Media International
