At the 13th Ghana Banking Awards held at the Labadi Beach Hotel yesterday, while Ecobank and Access Bank were getting commendation for their excellent services, other banks were Conspicuously missing in action.
The Awards are based on the publicly available financial statements published by the banks and also on a survey of the views and opinions of customers as users of the services of the banks.
Banks eligible for the awards are those that published their financial statements for the year ended 31st December 2013.
The following shows number of awards received by the various banks, and those who took home nothing.
