Coconut Grove Regency Hotel, Accra has been recognized as the best Hotel in Ghana with an award by the Association of Ghana Industries (AGI) at the Association's 3rd annual awards night at the Banquet Hall of the State House.
The Hotel is winning this award for the second consecutive time. This award is in recognition of the immense contribution that the Coconut Grove Regency Hotel has made and continues to make to the growth of the Hospitality Industry in Ghana.
The Coconut Grove chain of Hotels owned by Dr. & Mrs. Nduom have made it a policy to use only made in Ghana products as much as is possible. Coconut Grove Hotels, which has facilities in Accra, Elmina and Obuasi use only locally grown chicken, rice, locally produced furniture and building materials including burnt bricks amongst others.
The AGI award comes on the heels of the Coconut Grove Beach Resort & Conference Center, Elmina being recognized and awarded the Hotel of the year by the Ghana Tourist Board in the Central Region.
Groupe Nduom, the parent company of Coconut Grove Hotels also won an award at the AGI awards last Saturday November 22, 2014 The award was in recognition of Groupe Ndoum’s contribution to job creation, development and growth of Ghana’s industries.
