The Liquefied Petroleum Gas Marketing Companies Association of Ghana has called on the citizenry to stop the panic buying of the commodity since fuel and gas stations will be opened during the partial lockdown.
A statement signed by Malam Bukari Amadu, the Association’s Chairman, this will ensure the safety and well-being of everyone during the coronavirus outbreak.
To individuals hoarding the product, he cautioned that their acts could pose a threat to their households and immediate environs.
“You are rest assured that not only do we have enough supplies, we are also open to serve you at all material times during this period.”
