The Action Chapel International, together with its Founder, Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams, have supported the vulnerable in some parts of Greater Accra by feeding over 12,000 people during the second week of the lockdown.
As part of what is being dubbed Operation Feed My People, the Archbishop and his team distributed food items and water to people in about ten Accra vicinities.
The distributions of both cooked and uncooked food items is a massive operation which was undertaken by the church and has seen thousands of people benefitting in this support by the church.

Between Monday, the 6th April and Sunday, the April 11, 2020, a team of cooks, relief workers, administrators, and other leaders from Action Chapel International, have worked tirelessly over the course of the week to feed over 2,000 each day.
The areas which received the donations are Madina, Haatso and Kwabenya on Monday, April 6; Ashaiman on Tuesday, April 7, Teshie Nungua on Wednesday, April 8, Madina, Kwabenya and Lapaz on Thursday, April 9, Christian village and Kisseman on Good Friday, April 10, Tema Community 1 and Ashiaman on Saturday, April 11, and Accra New Town and Madina on Resurrection Sunday, April 12.

Beneficiaries of the donations expressed so much joy and their immense gratitude to the Archbishop and Action Chapel International for the charitable gesture which they acknowledged as timely and of immense help beyond their imaginations.
The Archbishop continues to charge the Christian community to help lessen the burdens of the needy in these difficult times, and was quoted saying "we give not because we have, but because we care."

The Archbishop and Action Chapel International would like to extend its support to vulnerable communities throughout the recently announced third week of the lockdown in Accra, and is calling on members of the church as well as the general public to render their support.
