Ghana has recorded 122 new positive cases of the novel coronavirus bringing it’s tally to 5,530, the Ghana Health Service has said.
According to the Service, number of recoveries has increased from 514 to 674.
These figures were announced by the Director of Public Health of the Ghana Health Service, Dr Badu Sarkodie at Information Ministry's Press Conference, Thursday.
He stated there are 62 new cases in the Ashanti Region, 57 more in the Greater Accra, two new cases in the Central Region and one in the Western North Region.
Meanwhile, the death count stands at 24 with the death to positivity rate remaining at t 0.43 per cent.
