The debate about which government has accumulated huge public debt for this country has been raging for a while now.
Whilst the opposition NDC consistently accuses the Akufo-Addo government of borrowing too much and having nothing to show for it, the ruling NPP mounts a strong defence that it has utilised the funds efficiently to improve the economy.
On PM Express tonight, JoyNews’ Evans Mensah hosted officials from both parties to debate on the matter, leaving no stone unturned.
NDC’s Communications Officer, Sammy Gyamfi met NPP's MP for Bantama Daniel Okyem Aboagye to dissect the issue.
The programme was also livestreamed on all of JoyNews’ online portal.
