The Ghana Employers Association has charged its members to aggressively pursue flexible working arrangement and reduce physical meetings.
This is part of several measures that they have proposed to help check the spread of COVID-19 at the workplace.
It’s coming on the back of spike in active cases, death as well as the new strain.
According to the CEO of the Ghana Association of Employers, Alex Frimpong, these measures are needed to be adopted right now to help save the situation and help government manage the situation.
It cautioned in a press release that the economy could destabilize if the second wave of COVID-19 is not managed properly.
Mr Frimpong also indicated that recent marginal gains may be eroded if not contained well.
