The Supreme Court after close to three months of hearing the 2020 election petition case on Thursday gave its verdict.
It said the petitioner, John Mahama's case lacked merit and, therefore, it cannot order for a rerun of the election.
The seven-member panel of the apex court Judges in a unanimous decision dismissed the petition.
