The Managing Director of Bayport Savings and Loans, Nii Amankra Tetteh, has resigned.
In a statement, the company said “Nii Amankra Tetteh has resigned from his position as the Managing Director of Bayport to pursue other opportunities elsewhere”.
However, in line with good corporate governance and transition practices, “over the course of 8 weeks, he will be available to assist with transition procedures to ensure a smooth handing over process”.
The company is already looking to appoint a replacement.
It said it has “initiated the necessary steps which are expected to lead to the appointment of a permanent replacement”.
Bayport also thanked its former managing Director for his outstanding service and wish him the very best in his endeavors.
