Keta SHS' impressive run to the grand finale of the National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ) has left social media users binged on this year's contest mesmerized.
Pegged for greatness at the beginning of the contest, Keta SHS worked from the bottom to the top and swept the feet of all who have witnessed the school display wit and outstanding perseverance.
What has left many perplexed is the ability of Bright, one of the school's representatives, to answer several questions from Quiz Mistress Professor Elsie Effah Kaufmann before she ends them.
With this 'super power', the Eagles from Keta on Tuesday silenced the roaring lions of Tamale SHS, turning them to meowing cats. With this feat, Dzolalians are in pole position to join Presec-Legon at the final scheduled to take place on Friday, November 26.
The ladies from Wesley Girl's SHS were no match for Keta SHS despite the efforts invested to make them the first female school to ever win the NSMQ contest since its inception.
Already, social media enthusiasts are predicting a fierce contest among Presec-Legon, Keta SHS and a hopeful Prempeh College, OWASS or KUNST SHS at the grand finale.
The question on all minds is whether Ketasco can do the impossible and be crowned 2021 NSMQ champions as they have promised.
