Ghana Premier League side, Accra Great Olympics were crushed out of the MTN FA Cup after suffering a penalty shootout defeat to Division Two side, Real Athletico.
The third-tier side held on for a 1-1 draw after regulation time, taking the game into penalties, where they won with a 3-1 scoreline.
The Dade lads become the first top-flight club to exit the competition in the round of 64 stage.
Elsewhere in Sekondi, Bibiani GoldStars beat Hasaacas to book their place in the next round of the competition.
Real Tamale United also won 4-2 on penalties to advance in the competition at the expense of Dreams Tamale.
Aduana Stars were 4-1 winners over rivals Eleven Wonders in a Premier League encounter.
