Former President, John Agyekum Kufuor, has commended the Directors of The Melcom Group of Companies for engaging in productive business practices in support of growing business in Ghana.
He said it's a good sign that the company is increasing its investments through a rapid and well-coordinated expansion programme, making the company live its claim as Melcom: Where Ghana Shops.

He made the remarks when a Management team paid a Courtesy call on him at Peduase in the Eastern Region.
The former President noted that he is particularly pleased with the Melcom Care Foundation's generosity regularly extends to needy individuals, communities, and institutions across the country.
The Melcom Group Director of Communications, Godwin Avenorgbo, conveyed to the Melcom Group's goodwill for continuing good health and prosperity in the New Year.

Mr Avenorgbor assured him that additional lines of business, namely Pizza Hut and Giordano Clothing and new Melcom shops being opened, will create avenues for the youth who are seeking employment opportunities to put into practice the skills they need have acquired.
He added that Melcom has developed resilient business operating standards to maintain its Good Corporate Citizen Status in Ghana.
