The driver of the speeding car which claimed the lives of three people has been remanded by the Ejisu District Court.
This was after he was arraigned today, Tuesday, May 31.
According to police, the accused, Justice Adjoyi attempted to overtake other vehicles but lost control which led to the killing of the three men.
He has thus been charged with dangerous driving, contrary to Section One of the Road Traffic Act, Act 683.
Two of the deceased; Hamidu Mohammed, aged 62, and Masawudu Nalko, 40 years, died shortly after arriving at the Ejisu Government Hospital.

One more victim of the accident died on Monday, May 30. The three have since been buried according to Islamic rites.
Police prosecutors asked the court to remand the accused person to enable them more time to investigate the matter.
The court granted the plea and remanded the accused into police custody to reappear on Tuesday, June 7, 2022.
