Black Galaxies head coach, Annor Walker, is determined to qualify Ghana for the African Nations Championship (CHAN) and eventually win the trophy.
The home-based team have failed to secure qualification to the continental championship in the past three editions, with their last participation in the competition coming in 2015.
However, Walker is hoping to change the trend and lead the team to next year's edition.
Walker and his 35-man provisional squad are currently in Prampram for camping ahead of the qualifiers.
"For some time now, we haven't been able to qualify to CHAN and this is another try for me and my technical team with the players that we have selected."
"It is our wish to qualify this time after missing out in the last edition and win it if possible," the veteran gaffer told the GFA media.
Ghana faces Benin in the qualifiers in a double header scheduled for July 24 and 31, 2022.
