Hearts of Oak Board Member, Dr Nyaho Nyaho-Tamakloe, says Slavko Matic could see his tenure at the club come to an end should they fail to get the desired results.
Matic recently suffered the ruthlessness of the fans prior to the betPawa Ghana Premier League and President's Cup game against Asante Kotoko over the weekend.
The Serbian was not allowed to handle the team's training on Friday at the Pobiman Training Complex by the fans, who had given an earlier warning. Matic reportedly made a complaint at the Regional Police Headquarters in Accra after the incident.
The Phobians went ahead to beat the Porcupine Warriors at the Accra Sports Stadium with assistant coach, David Ocloo, on the touchline rather than Matic.
However, Dr Nyahjo Tamakloe believes the gaffer will need to produce the desired results before the fans come at him again.
"I personally called Matic and advised him, that he should be careful of the supporters," he said on Asempa FM.
“The success of the club depends on the playing team and the supporters, if you don’t get good results, supporters of the club will react, not violently.
“If he is not careful, and we keep our chalking bad results, the supporters will get him out of the club.”
With the win over Kotoko, Hearts are now just five points behind Aduana FC, who occupy the top spot on the league table with 14 games still to go.
