Musician Okyeame Kwame and his wife, Annica Nsiah-Apau, on Tuesday, January 16, celebrated the 15th anniversary of their marriage.
Taking to their Instagram platforms, the couple applauded and appreciated each other for the growth of their relationship.
In a letter to his wife, Okyeame Kwame noted that “out of all the experiences I have enjoyed and endured in my long life, falling in love with you is the most beautiful, heartwarming, mushy, comfortable and friendly experience I have ever had.”
He stated that he loves the person he is when with Annica and is happier whenever she is happy.
He added “15 years of honest friendship with a person who is not afraid to tell me my breath stinks. 15 years of marriage with my best friend who can tell me you are being a jerk. 15 years of romance, up up up up and a few downs. 15 years of feeling fortunate “lucky” and favoured because we chose each other.”
“It is my wish that everyone in his or her adult life can fall in love with someone like you. It is an honour for me to be doing this love, friend and marriage thing with you my queen. I love you selfishly because I love me more when I am with you,” he added.
On her part, Mrs Nsiah-Apau noted she is also thankful to have the rapper as her husband.
”Such an absolute treasure I have for a husband! Thank you for the guidance, for the plenty of jokes, for being a guiding beacon to our kids, and for having standards. The best travel partner there is."
"For our 19 years of being together and 15 years of being married, your little messages during the day, some out of nowhere, some planned, some on spur of the moment are just romantic and always make my day and never get old.”
