Joyce Bawah Mogtari has revealed that serving as a Special Aide to former President John Mahama has been accompanied by significant challenges and criticisms.
According to her, these criticisms have occasionally prompted her to contemplate leaving the position.
However, she expressed admiration for Mr. Mahama, describing him as a compassionate and principled leader who values her contributions.
She added that she considers herself fortunate to have such an exceptional boss.
During an interview on JoyNews' AM Show on Thursday, April 4, Mrs Mogtari encouraged young individuals facing obstacles in pursuit of their dreams not to lose hope but to persevere despite the challenges.
"I haven’t undertaken this course of working with Mr Mahama lightly. It has come with enormous criticism. There have been days that I’ve just wanted to walk away.
"It is normal but it is in the strength you have as an individual, you always go back to it and like I say, the best thing that ever happened to me is to have a boss who always has a certain sensitivity level."
