Abdul Fatatwu Issahaku's Leicester City have been promoted to the Premier League following Leeds United's defeat on Friday evening.
Leeds faced Queens Park Rangers on the road in their penultimate game in the Championship this season looking to keep the pressure on Leicester.
However, Daniel Farke's men suffered a 4-0 defeat to QPR ensuring Leicester seal an automatic promotion to the English top flight.
The Foxes remain on track to amass 100 points on their way back to the top flight following their relegation last season.
Leicester can now claim the Championship title on Monday with victory at Preston if third-placed Ipswich fail to beat Hull City on Saturday.
Ipswich can join Leicester in the Premier League next season if they pick up five points from their remaining three matches.

Issahaku has been an integral part of Enzo Maresca's side this campaign contributing 19 goals and assists in the league.
The youngster scored on three occasions against Southampton earlier this week to become the first Ghanaian to score a hat-trick in the second tier of English football.
Issahaku is on loan from Portuguese side Sporting CP but will be hoping the move is made permanent at the end of the campaign.
