Former Ghana coach James Kwesi Appiah has attributed his side’s superb form in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers to having ‘committed’ players to manage.
Appiah has led the Falcons of Jediane to three victories and one draw, with their latest triumph being a 3-0 away win against South Sudan.
The form has seen them top Group B on 10 points, two ahead of the 2021 African champions Senegal.
"Whatever I try to show them, they are able to adopt easily,” Appiah told sports journalist Collins Okinyo in an interview.
"The players are doing very well; they are committed. Fortunately, I am able to get some tips on the teams we are coming to play. I let them know their strong and weak areas, and so far, so good.”
Sudan take on Senegal in their next outing in the qualifiers hoping to lockdown the top spot.
